Return & ExchangeReturn only accepted under the following conditions:
• The products you received are damaged by our own mistake.
• LABELOVA has sent the wrong product (you have not received the products listed in your email confirmation).
• You received the wrong size. We can’t accept exchange product regarding size problems, customer’s dislike on product, color, or style. Product should be returned in perfect condition, (unwashed and unworn) with the price tag intact. Please ensure returned product is package safely, as we will not accept damage and dirty return.
How to Process a Return and Exhange?1) Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the package by sending us an email to email@example.com with subject “RETURN REQUEST”, include the reason for return.
2) If your request is authorized by LABELOVA, you will receive an email confirmation from us. You will have 3 days remain to send the product back. If after 7 days we do not receive the product, we will consider that your request was cancelled.
3) LABELOVA is not responsible for missing package. To avoid this, we recommend you to send the product back to us by using traceable shipping.
4) When the product has arrived, we will check it first. If we notice that the product has been used, damaged or do not comply with the other conditions stated above, we have right to cancel your request, and you will be notified. If this condition happen, the product will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
5) Upon the acceptance of the product for exchange, the new product will be shipped upon availability. Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your exchange and tracking number.
6) Refund only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock and the material for reproduce the product is unavailable. We will process your refund in 3 working days, at which time you will be notified.
